At Mokwheel, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the performance of our electric bikes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via the online portal or email to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the e-bike in its original box with all accessories included, and attach the provided return label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
